Day 1- Nairobi to Aberdare National Park

Picked from your hotel and travel through the Kikuyu farmland into the Aberdare national park.Enjoy hot lunch at the Aberdare country club –from where you will be picked to the Ark. The Ark overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick, which attracts a host of awesome wildlife. Modeled after Noah's Ark, The Ark has four viewing decks with balconies and lounges to provide superb game viewing from the comfort of the lodge. The animals come to you!- Dinner and overnight at the Ark Lodge


 

Day 2: Aberdares National Park - Mount Kenya National Park

After breakfast you will travel further north to the mount Kenya region arriving in time for lunch at the mountain lodge about 50 kms north of Nyeri town. Sailing like an ark amid the primeval forests of Kenya's highest mountain, Mount Kenya, this timbered tree hotel offers champagne-clear mountain air, sweeping views across the tree-canopy, sparkling trout streams, and gentle forest walks.

Located at 2,134 metres above sea level, on the lower slopes of the mountain, the lodge is cool, tranquil and hushed for optimum game-sightings. The open-air viewing-deck looks down on to its own water hole and salt-lick, which attracts numerous herds of elephant and buffalo.

There is also a tunnel leading to a photo-hide, which offers spectacular viewing and photographic opportunities just metres away from the wildlife at the water hole.Dinner and overnight at The Serena Mountain lodge

Day 3: Mount Kenya - Samburu National Reserve.

After breakfast embark on a journey to the northern semi-arid region in Kenya. The Samburu National Reserve is located on the banks of the Ewaso Ng'iro river in Kenya; on the other side of the river is the Buffalo Springs National Reserve in Northern Kenya. It is 165 km² in size and 350 kilometers from Nairobi and ranges in altitude from 800 to 1230m above sea level.[1] Geographically, it is located in Samburu County.

This is where you can sport unique wildlife like the Olive baboon, gerenuk, warthogs, Grant's gazelle, Kirk's dik-dik, impala, waterbuck, Grevy's zebra, Beisa oryx and reticulated giraffe. Enjoy afternoon sunset game drive .Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa lodge

 

Day 4: Samburu National Reserve

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in this park to see more than 350 species of birds including These include Somali Ostrich, Grey-headed Kingfisher, Sunbirds, Bee-eaters, Marabou Stork, Tawny Eagle, Bateleur, Vulturine Guineafowl, Yellow-necked Spurfowl, Lilac-breasted Roller, Palm nut Vulture, Red-billed Hornbill, Secretary Bird, Verreaux's Eagle, Superb Starling, Yellow-billed Hornbill and various Vultures.Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 5: Samburu National Reserve - Meru National Park

After breakfast an final morning game drive check out drive to Meru National Park is a Kenyan Game park located east of Meru -Covering an area of 870 km², it is one of the most famous known parks of Kenya very natural and beautiful. It has abundant rainfall, 635–762 mm in the west of the park and 305–356 mm in the east.

The rainfall results in tall grass and lush swamps, which make it difficult to spot game. It has a wide range of wild beasts like elephant, hippopotamus, lion, leopard, cheetah, black rhinoceros and some rare antelopes.Dinner and overnight at Ikweta Safari Camp

 

Day 6: Meru National Park

Morning and afternoon game drives in this national park – all meals at the camp. Dinner and overnight at the camp
